What does “London Dry” mean?
It’s a production method, not a location. Under EU rules, a London Dry gin gets all its flavour from botanicals distilled together with the spirit – nothing can be added after distillation except water and a tiny amount of sweetener (no more than 0.1 g per litre) – and it must be at least 37.5% ABV. The result is crisp, dry and juniper-forward.

How to make the perfect gin and tonic
- Fill a large glass to the top with ice – more ice means slower dilution.
- Add 50 ml of gin.
