خمارة 5mara متجر قانوني ومرخّص، وضريبتنا مدفوعة، وكل منتجاتنا من وكلائها الرسميين والمعتمدين. كل طلب يمرّ على فحص وتدقيق جودة على عدّة مراحل قبل أن يصل إليك.
1. لا إرجاع ولا استبدال
لهذا السبب لا نقبل إرجاع أو استبدال أي منتج بعد التسليم، سواء كان مفتوحاً أو غير مفتوح، وسواء كان السبب تغيير الرأي أو غيره. ولا نقدّم استبدالاً بمنتج آخر.
2. الاستثناء الوحيد
إذا استلمت طلباً غير طلبك (طلب شخص آخر)، أبلغنا فوراً على واتساب أو بالاتصال على +962 78 095 8060، وسنرجع لك المبلغ كما دفعته، بنفس طريقة الدفع.
3. نتواصل معك قبل التسليم
نتواصل معك لتأكيد كل تفاصيل طلبك: العمر، والمنطقة، والمنتجات والأحجام. وإذا لم يتوفر منتج، أو تعذّر التوصيل، نقترح عليك بدائل قبل التسليم.
4. +18 فقط والشرب المسؤول
خدمتنا لمن عمره 18 سنة فأكثر فقط، ونتحقق من الهوية عند التسليم. وإذا تعذّر التحقق من العمر يُحمَّل الزبون تكلفة إعادة الشحن وإعادة ترتيب المخزون.
نشجّع دائماً على الشرب بمسؤولية، وننصح بعدم القيادة بعد الشرب.
5. الخدمة
متاحة كل أيام الأسبوع وطوال السنة، على مدار 24 ساعة، داخل عمّان، الأردن فقط.
6. إلغاء الطلب
يمكنك إلغاء الطلب قبل خروج السائق دون أي رسوم. بعد خروجه قد تُطبّق رسوم التوصيل.

5mara is a legal, licensed store. Our taxes are paid, and all our products come from their official, authorised distributors. Every order goes through a multi-stage check and quality inspection before it reaches you.
1. No returns and no exchanges
For this reason we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery, whether the item is opened or not, and whether the reason is a change of mind or anything else. We do not exchange an item for another product.
2. The only exception
If you receive an order that is not yours (someone else’s order), tell us right away on WhatsApp or by phone at +962 78 095 8060, and we will refund the money exactly as you paid it, by the same payment method.
3. We contact you before delivery
We contact you to confirm every detail of your order: age, area, products and sizes. If a product is not available, or delivery is not possible, we suggest alternatives before delivery.
4. 18+ only and responsible drinking
Our service is only for customers aged 18 or older, and we check ID on delivery. If your age cannot be verified, the customer is charged the cost of return shipping and of re-arranging the stock.
We always encourage responsible drinking and advise never to drive after drinking.
5. Service
Available every day of the week, all year, 24 hours a day, in Amman, Jordan only.
6. Cancelling an order
You can cancel before the driver leaves at no charge. After that, the delivery fee may apply.
