Arak Zumot is crafted from purified grape alcohol and anise seeds in small alambic pot stills. Aged in traditional clay jars for over a year, it develops a smooth palate with a delicate sweetness and quality aniseed aroma. Perfect with Arabic and Mediterranean cuisines. Proudly produced in Jordan.
Recommended Mix: 1/3 Arak + 2/3 cold water + Ice
